Soaring Eagle district meets the 1st Thursday of the month at 7 pm at Faith Christian Church, 132nd & Center, Omaha for roundtable. This event helps unit leaders stay "in the know" about current events, training and activities. Mingle with other leaders and swap tips and tricks for an easier, more fun Scouting program.

1. General session begins at 7:15 PM
2. General session lasts 30 minutes (max)
3. General session topics last 3 minutes (max)
4. General session topics benefit both the Boy and Cub Scout side of Scouting
   1. Cub Scout specific topics may be presented during the Cub Scout Breakout. All topics must be approved by the Cub Scout Breakout Commissioner
   2. Boy Scout specific topics may be presented during the Boy Scout Breakout. All topics must be approved by the Boy Scout Breakout Commissioner
5. To avoid a question and answer session, each general session topic should include a flyer for more information (remember, questions can be asked in the lobby after general session is over)
   1. Flyers must be sent in at least seven days before that month's upcoming Roundtable to the Roundtable Commissioner
   2. Flyers will be included in a packet attached to the Roundtable agenda
6. To reserve speaking time during general session, all requests must be submitted, along with a flyer for the event/topic, at least seven days before that month's upcoming Roundtable to the Roundtable Commissioner.
