Good Turn For America
The
national Boy Scout organization's "Good Turn for America" initiative addresses three critical areas of need in our society: hunger, homelessness and
poor health. The Boy Scouts have collaborated with The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross and thousands of other community
organizations, focusing the power of volunteerism on community issues. For more information please contact Michelle Hurt at 402.431.9BSA (402.431.9272) or via email
at michelle.hurt@scouting.org.
Many of us are doing service projects all summer long. Don't forget to log in your hours for Adopt-A-Park, Charter Partner service projects, Eagle
projects, etc. Update your Good Turn for America hours today. Get
your Good Turn for America ID number to log your hours and to print your recognition certificate to present at your next meeting. For any questions,
please contact Michelle Hurt at 402.431.9BSA (402.431.9272) or via email at michelle.hurt@scouting.org. Visit www.goodturnforamerica.org.
