Susan E. Brown is the Head Registrar with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Susan is responsible for managing the Sioux City Scout Shop/Office covering Northwest Iowa, Northeast Nebraska and Southern part of Union County South Dakota. Susan's staff assignments include receptionist, Friends of Scouting, registration, activites and events, Scout Shop, assist volunteers and professional staff.

Susan holds a Certification from Wakefield High School/WITCC.

Susan has been with the Council since 1977 as a Registrar, Systems Information Coordinator, Council Clerk, Receptionist, Sioux City Office Manager and an Aquatics Director for Summer Camp.
