Lisa W. Russell is the Director of Support Service with the Boy Scouts of America, Mid-America Council. In this role, Lisa
provides management of the Program Team - including training, camping, advancement, community service, as well as Council public relations. She also serves as advisor to the Properties committee.
Lisa holds a Bachelors Degree from Indiana University majoring in Communications.
Lisa began her career with the Boy Scouts in 2001 as an Exploring Executive. Lisa has also been professionally a Sr. District Executive, Field Director and Asst. Scout Executive. Other roles included NCS COPE
Director from 2001-2005; COPE Instructor 2006-Present; NCS Cub Camp Program Director 2002-2006.
